All sessions include the singing bowl sound massage which aligns your chakras.
So life force energy can flow fully and your bodies ability to heal itself is restored.
Depending on your stresslevel a longer session might give you a deeper level of relaxation.
All treatments will effect your whole system for up to 48 hours in an elevating way.
Please don`t eat directly before but drink good quality water before and after each session.

Are you unsure what is the right choice for you? Just give me a call or send me a text. In general if you never experienced a soundhealing before maybe you go for the singing bowl massage first. If you like to drift away and know you are stressed book the soundbath as well. Add cacao to the session if you are a cacao lover like me and you will be in for a special treat.
